    Meet the Renewal by Andersen® Team

    Design Consultants

    This is where your fully customized window journey begins. Your design consultant will meet with you in the comfort of your own home to discuss the details of your project. In this phase of the process, we encourage you to ask as many questions as possible, and our consultant will design a custom solution that works for you.  

    Project Technicians

    After we’re done with the initial consultation, we then move on to the next phase. Your order isn’t simply a matter of pulling out a standard product from our warehouse. On the contrary, each window is custom-built to fit within 1/16th of an inch into your existing window opening. Our project technician will serve as your personal construction expert and will take detailed measurements, assess the condition of your frames, note climate and structural issues, and prepare your installation appointment.
