Love Your New Window Logo

We had used RBA to replace all the windows in our home about 2 years ago and were very pleased with the results. So that is why we recently contracted with them again for an additional project. Would recommend them highly on product appearance and quality, installation, and customer service.

I was left some tubes of caulk to touch things up if necessary. The tubes in the color I most needed were dried up and unusable. Iam not sure if this color is available except thru Andersen. It was my only disappointment.

My rep is the best, this last crew that installed the third set of windows in my house - not so much. Upon seeing the dismal state they left my house in, I immediately emailed my rep and he said he will notify the office and they would contact me. I'm still waiting - the damage needs to be addressed and paid for because I certainly do not want to be responsible for it. My windows were installed on September 21st, it's now October 8th. Not so great customer service.
